Zappiko offers free casual games that run in your browser. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, with or without notice.
Acceptable use

- cheat in a way that harms the site or other people, or try to break, overload or probe the service;
- copy, resell or redistribute the games or the site without permission;
- use the site for anything illegal.
Intellectual property
The games, graphics, sounds, texts and code on Zappiko belong to Zappiko or its licensors, and all rights are reserved. Playing a game does not give you ownership of it.
No warranty
The site and the games are provided "as is", without promises that they will always be available or free of errors. Saved progress lives in your browser and can be lost if you clear your data. To the extent the law allows, Zappiko is not liable for losses that come from using the site.
Links and other portals
Zappiko games may also be offered on other game portals, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
Changes and governing law
